Adding and Editing Patients

  1. Click + Add Patient at the top of the Patients page
  2. Fill in the required fields:

  1. Click Create Patient

The patient will appear in the list and can be selected when creating orders.

  1. Click on a patient to open their profile
  2. Click Edit (pencil icon)
  3. Update the fields you need
  4. Click Save
  • Create Patient permission is required to add new patients
  • Edit Patient permission is required to modify existing records
