Tracking and Revoking Shares

Viewing Access History

Section titled “Viewing Access History”
  1. Go to Shared Links
  2. Click on any share to open the detail panel
  3. Scroll to the Access History section

Each access event shows:

  • Action type — what the guest did (viewed images, viewed report, downloaded)
  • Timestamp — when it happened
  • IP address — where the access came from

Share Details

Section titled “Share Details”

The detail panel also shows:

  • Created and Expires dates
  • Total views count
  • Permissions — whether report viewing and downloading are enabled
  • Study information — modality, MRN, study date

Revoking a Share

Section titled “Revoking a Share”

To permanently disable a share link:

  1. Open the share detail panel
  2. Click Revoke (red button)
  3. Confirm in the dialog

Once revoked, the link stops working immediately. The recipient will see an error if they try to access it.
