Profile and Appearance
Profile
Section titled “Profile”Under the Profile tab, you can update:
- Avatar — click Change Avatar to upload a photo (JPEG, PNG, GIF, or WebP, max 2 MB)
- First Name and Last Name
- Phone number
- Specialty (e.g., Diagnostic Radiology)
- Department
Your email is read-only and set by your administrator.
Click Save when you’re done. Changes take effect immediately.
Appearance
Section titled “Appearance”Under the Appearance tab:
Choose between:
- Dark Theme — easier on the eyes in low-light environments (like reading rooms)
- Light Theme — classic bright interface
Click a theme card to switch instantly.
Language
Section titled “Language”Two separate language settings:
- UI Language — controls menus, buttons, and labels throughout the app. Available: English, Spanish.
- Reporting Language — controls which language templates and macros are loaded in the Report Editor, and which language is used for voice dictation. Can be set independently from the UI language.
