Creating a Share Link
You can share a study from the Studies page or from the Report Editor (using the Share button in the report header).
- Open a study and click Share
- Fill in the share form:

|---|---|---|
| Patient Date of Birth | Yes | Used as a security challenge — the recipient must enter this to access the study |
| Recipient Email | Yes | An email with access instructions will be sent |
| Expiration | Yes | How long the link stays active: 7, 30, 90, 180, or 365 days |
| Include Report | No | Toggle ON to let the recipient view the report (default: ON) |
| Allow Download | No | Toggle ON to allow ZIP download (default: OFF) |
- Click Send
What Happens Next
Section titled “What Happens Next”- The recipient receives an email with a link
- To access the study, they must enter the patient’s date of birth
- All access is logged (see Tracking and Revoking Shares)
Security
Section titled “Security”- Links are protected by date-of-birth verification
- All access events are logged with timestamps and IP addresses
- Links expire automatically after the chosen duration
- You can revoke a link at any time
